Vanessa Carrillo

With love for art, Vanessa discovered her passion for hair and enrolled in Natural Motion Institute of Hair Design in 2006. After receiving her Cosmetology license, she found her mentor who had trained with Vidal Sassoon and Paul Mitchel. With training, she became a full time hair dresser working on a daily basis with clients and making them feel beautiful inside and out.

Vanessa enjoys attending seminars and hair shows to soak in as much information about the industry as possible. She is passionate about her work and therefore loves to share her knowledge with others. Outside of the salon, she is actively working on photo shoots, fashion shows, wedding parties, benefit events and anything that requires her skill.

Currently working at The Hair Shop salon for the past 9 years, Vanessa specializes in hair coloring, precision hair cutting, makeup applications, special occasion hairstyles and more.

With much training, her favorite color lines are Wella and Redken. Vanessa loves the art of Balayage and shares much of her work on Instagram @VanessaCarrHair
