My job is to make your project or event run smoothly. It is to stay calm when things don’t go according to plan. I come up with solutions while providing service with a smile, striving to leave the customer with a positve experience.

In 2011, I created the lifestyle blog Me, Myself and Jen (www.memyselfandjen.com). My work there focuses on family, parenting and travel, as well as product and brand reviews. As the blog has grown, I’ve become a respected voice in the blogging community, and I’m now a regular contributor to Chicago Parent Magazine.

By 2013, I realized that with my specialized knowledge and in-the-trenches experience, I could help others learn how to navigate the complex and often confusing world of social media. I founded MM&J Consulting, and the response was amazing.
