I'm a rare breed of Mobile industry expert with leadership qualities and a passion for all things mobile.

My specialty is driving Technology change whilst partnering with industry groups providing innovative solutions & services.

In depth knowledge coupled with a broad range of business skills I am able to manage Technology, processes and people with equal aptitude. As a result I have successfully delivered many large scale, complex technology programmes developing business processes and organisational capability in the journey to bring great products & experiences to millions of customers.

I have experienced significant change; evolving company strategies, centralization, challenging customers, right sizing, industry shift and organisational change, all of which I embraced and overcame by collaboratively developing new ways-of-working.

My philosophy is to think ahead, keep the customer at the heart of everything I do, keep a close eye on running the business profitably & efficiently and with high value placed upon working relationships. Moreover, managing relationships successfully is my core value whereby my approach is to connect, build rapport, gain trust and credibility allowing me to rapidly establish myself across a company.

In Devices & m-Commerce I rapidly mastered the ecosystem and leading industry hot topics such as Smartphones, Mobile Wallet, Payments, Ticketing, security & app development.

In 2014 I entered the MVNO market leading Lebara Programmes. I then moved to Virgin and susequently Sky Mobile on Transformation Programmes during which I led Business change & introduction of 4G calling, 5G & Cloud/Virtualisation. Recently I joined Ericsson as a Programme Manager leading Mobile Network infrastructure delivery.
