I’m a certifiably geeky and highly experienced customer driven technical support guru/executive desk-side support specialist with over 22+ years of progressive, practical and endlessly varied hands-on experience in the IT Support Field.

Most recently, I was the sole on site IT Specialist for 3C Solutions at American Target Advertising.

I am a certified CompTIA with Security+, A +Certifications (lifetime) as well as Linux+. I’m also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) with Microsoft Windows Enterprise Desktop Support Technician. I am a Certified Professional Ethical Hacker (CEH) by the American Business & Technology University.

In closing, I have extensive and practical knowledge of video/audio conferencing systems, VOIP, Office 365 troubleshooting, Active Directory management, Skype/Lync/MS Teams, SCCM experience with basic troubleshooting and creating/deploying SCCM application package updates . I am well versed in troubleshooting and debugging software as it relates to Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1 & 10 (Windows 10 Fast Ring & beta builds), Various office suites, MacOS, MacOSx Server, iOS, Android & related applications. I have knowledge of 2FA security products (hardware and software). This also includes troubleshooting, installing IT workstation peripherals such as network and local printers. I am also able to trouble basic to intermediate network infrastructure issues.

I am currently retired from United States Federal Government service (medical disability annuitant) with the DHHS/NIH/NHLBI at the GS-11/3 level with full reinstatement rights and competitive service. I am a Schedule “A” status hiring authority for the Federal Government.
