I have dedicated my personal and professional life to immersing myself in the study of Psychology, Education & Qualitative Methods, and through my passion of Psychology I am always motivated to improve and develop myself that little bit further.

I graduated with a BSc (Honours) in Psychology (University of Portsmouth, 2010). I have completed an MSc in Clinical Applications of Psychology (Kingston University, 2013) and I am completing a HEA Mike Baker PhD in Social Psychology/Medical Education using Qualitative Methods. My PhD is exploring retention and success in healthcare education, and how that interplays with gendered identities in male and female dominated healthcare environments.

On my journey of innovation and learning, I have held positions as a University of Dundee Staff Tutor, Director (Sex, Sexuality & Gender Research Hub), Research Editor for an academic blog site, Reviewer for Medical Education, Piirus Correspondent, I am offering consulting services in Higher Education Equality & Diversity.

I have also won national and international awards and grants to support my teaching, research and scholarship. I complete my PhD this year and I am looking for teaching, research/scholarship and consultancy opportunities in relation to, Healthcare Education, Social Psychology, and Advanced Qualitative Research Methods.
