Born and raised in Zaandam, now living in Heemskerk, working for the Dutch Research Council (NWO) as Talent Specialist, with a focus on candidate experience and our internal proces.
Both from personal and professional interest I keep an eye out on developments that relate to Recruitment, Social Media, Learning & Development, Personal Branding, Universities and Science. History and future grab my attention as well as Open Access/Courseware/Data/Innovation/Science/Source and Crowd Funding/Sourcing. As someone who is keen to stay up to date and to incorporate new concepts in to my work, I try to stay up to date on AI and test my vibecoding skills.
