Originally from Gibbstown, New Jersey, I moved to Arizona in 1996.

Yep, 20+ years.

When I'm not wrestling our two boys or obsessing about my West Virginia Mountaineers, I focus on selling residential real estate in the Central Scottsdale / PV / Arcadia markets and raw land, redevelopment property, and residential lots throughout Metro Phoenix.

In my spare time, I enjoy studying up on Real Estate technology and marketing, and checking out anything that's a bit different. I also carve out time to volunteer for McCormick Ranch Little League and also run one of the largest Nextdoor neighborhood social media sites in the US.

I have been lucky enough to receive a slew of sales awards in the past 15 years, including the RE/MAX Arizona Top 10 five times and being recognized as one of the Wall Street Journal's Top 400 US Agents. I attribute all success to communication with my clients and an unwavering commitment to putting in the time and effort to make things happen.

I don't find it surprising that a fortune cookie once read:

"Things may come to those who wait, but only the things left by those who hustle."

I still carry that small piece of paper in my wallet.
