This year, I am working towards my 2nd Half Marathon. Not a natural runner, I know the importance of getting up early on a cold morning to get in my run for the day. If I don't get out there regularly, I slide back to only being able to run for 1 minute. Consistency drives results -- and if I can do it, I believe you can too!
