Emeka, holds a B.Eng. degree (Civil Engineering Major) from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka and currently undergoing his Masters Program (Risk assessment and Management of Civil Infrastructures) at the University of Minho, Portugal. He has experience in water resources management, flood risk assessment, civil infrastructures design, construction and management.
As a Civil Engineer, he has developed strong interest in reliability engineering and infrastructure management through digitization and geospatial analysis. He is seeking opportunity in infrastructure management, risk engineering, or GIS analysis to drive sustainability and resilience.
