Filmmaker, Writer, and Consultant in Oklahoma City

With extensive experience as a writer, filmmaker, actor and educator, I develop appealing, entertaining and informational projects customized to target audiences. I build visual ventures that deliver compelling messages. I provide the leadership and direction to maintain focus within creative teams.

As founder and director of ActuallyQuiteNice, Inc., I am a 360-degree content creator.

Current projects include ongoing work for the Center for Innovation in Population Health (IPH Center) at the University of Kentucky, producing instructional videos highlighting of the Center's focus on improving helping systems through the TCOM tools. I write, produce, edit and deliver training and support films, and podcasts, for the public and private human services agencies served by the IPH Center, as well as for IPH Center internal messaging.

As a network TV writer I co-created two ABC pilots; was a staff writer for WB’s "Men, Women & Dogs;" I wrote episodes of the TBS comedy "Sullivan and Son" in each of its three seasons.

As a professional actor, I starred with Bob Newhart in the CBS series "Bob", and as a series regular on UPN’s "Pig Sty" and CBS’s "Good Company." Recent film roles include Netflix's "Awake" with Jonathan Rhys-Myers; "Hosea"; "Lost in the Sun" with Josh Duhamel; and "Beneath the Darkness" with Dennis Quaid. I played a recurring role on the WGN-America series "Salem."

From 2009-2019, as artist-in-residence then as visiting professor of acting at Oklahoma City University, I directed the annual LA showcase and developed a popular study-abroad program in Paris. I have led workshops and camps for all ages in on-camera acting, writing, filmmaking and improvisation.
