Talitha Gentry

Hey there, I’m Talitha. I’m a Retention Analyst Manager living in Vernon Hills, Illinois and currently completing my second Master's degree in Educational Technology at Michigan State University. I am an award-winning Manager and Leader who has demonstrated advocacy and commitment to student success and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by colleges and universities, as well as developmental education students.

I am also a strategic Analyzer dedicated in providing courageous leadership and reflective solutions; known for analyzing and developing results to intricate and complex operational academic problems. I specialize in data driven analysis, and use data to streamline approaches to support the needs of the organization and population it serves.
