Co-founder of London-based (City) Management Consultancy Aerice (www.aerice.com), and Head of the Asset and Investment Management practice. Stuart co-founded Aerice in 2009 after many years of operating in the Financial Services sector with a view of “Refining the Business of Consulting”. Stuart and co-founder Dev Sharma (www.linkedin.com/in/devsharmaaerice) wanted to create a different approach to traditional Management Consulting by ensuring that engagements have a defined exit strategy and that the knowledge and methods created during work with a client are transferred properly to ensure longevity.

Stuart has an in-depth understanding of the financial sector, working with many of the leading global players. Throughout his 21 year career he has held influential posts with ABN AMRO, Barclays Global Investors, Deutsche Bank, Foreign & Colonial (F&C) and State Street Bank. Combined with his formal consulting background, Stuart has skills, experience and knowledge required to tackle complex programmes and projects.

Specifically, Stuart’s core expertise lies around Asset and Investment Management with a focus on;

- Creating innovative software solutions to tackle current regulatory challenges; EMIR, DTCC, IBOR etc.
- IT Transformation and change programmes in Asset and Investment Management firms using;
- A multi-role focus to relate to people on a very human level, irrespective of their job-function or seniority.

When not focusing on clients and building the business, his focus is on a major house-renovation programme in the picturesque village of Finchingfield. His passion for anything gasoline now takes second place to a family of two and wife Helen.
