Eric Thomas

Eric Thomas is a highly influential Pastor, Keynote Speaker, and Life & Business Coach with over 25 years of ministerial and over 15 years secular experience in Staffing, Talent Recruitment, and Direct Sales & Marketing. His life assignment is to empower and impact people with messages of hope, inspiring them to dream and take action toward their desired end. Eric is the President & Founder of Impacting Your World Network – a marketing training agency for small & start-up companies and ministries, and CEO & Sr. Managing Partner of The Impact Group, (The iGroup), a personal branding company and life coaching institute. He travels extensively across the eastern United States to church assemblies, and corporations large and small, conducting workshops, seminars, and conferences.
In 2009, Eric Thomas organized a Young Love 1 Day workshop for youth and young adults featuring a panel of pastoral and clinical experts and in-depth discussions on love, relationships and domestic violence. He is also the founded a monthly idea incubator called, iNetwork. This event draws pastors, professionals, and college age students in the Greater Tallahassee, FL area to discuss strategies and solutions for businesses, schools, and ministries. He is gifted with an eye to identify the urgent needs of the people in this critical time and committed to efforts that address these needs.
Eric currently holds the position of Public Relations & Marketing in the Florida Central 2nd Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ as well as Interim Department of Education Director. He is presently serves as Lead Pastor at Spirit Life Church in Panama City, FL, & launching (October 2013) ImpactLife in Tallahassee, FL. Eric Thomas is husband to Lady Khayriyyah Thomas who with Eric parent 8 beautiful children and a grandson.
