Going through education (A levels, Art Foundation, BA Illustration) I felt certain I would become a big shot designer some day.... and when that didn't quite work out for me (ahem) I decided to immerse myself in the culture by speaking with talented creative folk every day, at IC Creative - focussing my growing recruitment talents on the User Experience sector. Recruitment is a lot more creative than you would think, and my favourite parts are definitely looking through portfolios, reading and writing blog posts, and - strangely - writing adverts!

Working to fill contract and permanent requirements, I partner with a number of fantastic independent and international firms to ensure their vacancies are filled with candidates who are the right fit not only in terms of skill set, but personality and values.
