Salmonella Rivière

Port Angeles, Washington

Salmonella Rivière. Glamorous, entrancing, intelligent…words that have been used to describe many, but not Salmonella. Crazy, kooky, mysterious, and yes, sometimes downright odd…that’s more like it.

Ever-entertaining, Salmonella’s style has been called camp, comedy, performance art, and activist pop among other things. (Some of which can’t be repeated here!) Whatever you choose to call it, know that you have never met anyone quite like her.

Salmonella was born in the icy waters of the Pacific Northwest to a French-Canadian lumberjack father and a Jewish-American stay-at-home mother. She spent her childhood amusing everyone she could tie down and as a young gal she entertained millions...thousands…well at least a few, as a mermaid at a theme park in Florida. Now she’s back to her first love, spreading joy (and other things) to the masses as an emcee/entertainer.
