Rob Tourtelot specializes in creating engaging digital solutions for major media companies. In the late 1990s, as Senior Producer in the New Technology and Business Development division at Sony Music, Rob worked on strategy, and designed and developed tens of music sites and apps for some of the world's top-selling artists. Rob followed this with award-winning work for global brands such as IBM, Kodak, GQ and Vogue for Ogilvy, Conde Nast, and other media clients.

In 2000, Rob became a founding partner in Pump Audio, a music licensing company that represents independent artists and their music worldwide for placement in TV, advertising, video games and film. Pump created an original marketplace for music by managing the rights and content of musicians while serving the needs of media companies worldwide.

Pump Audio became the leading licensor of independent music to production around the world, servicing every major broadcaster and advertising agency in the U.S. and Europe, including MTV Networks, the BBC, Discovery Channel, Fox, CBS, ABC, NBC, Ogilvy, Arnold Worldwide, WPP, IPG and many others.

Rob designed, oversaw, and developed strategies for all of the client and artist-facing websites and online tools from Pump's inception in 2000 until the company's sale to Getty Images in June 2007.

Rob is currently Chief Creative Officer at WhoSay Inc., a service that helps artists, athletes and iconic personalities connect with their fans.
