Paul Hales

Paul Hales is known for being a man with a sense of humour. He has an engaging personality and has put his energy, enthusiasm and ability to great use building Lovely Pubs into what it is today. Having graduated from Stratford College in 1984 in Hospitality his career was formed with Slug and Lettuce. He moved from the Midlands to London and developed a disciplined and branded approach to fun bars and restaurants. After a long and successful track record, he took this knowledge and experience to the Ricochet in Warwick in the early 1990's and then joined Paul Salisbury at Moretons in the city of Birmingham in 1992.
