Patrick is Cofounder and Senior Medical Officer of Chartspan.com which is a personal health record application company enabling patients to download and own their medical record across all electronic health record platforms. With the click of a button on their smartphone patients are able to receive and send their medical records to any person or medical provider anywhere in the world.

Patrick has been a university assistant professor and department chair and has educated thousands of physician assistant students. During his tenure he was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction related to academic affairs, clinical education, and was instrumental in the implementation of mobile educational technologies and expansion of the global health curriculum.

Patrick has been in the practice of medicine for over 16 years and has extensive experience and training in Emergency Medicine and Trauma Surgery.

Patrick has served as a medical volunteer in remote areas of Central America and has been a board member and officer of Hillside Healthcare International, which is an NGO delivering vital healthcare to the impoversished residents of Southern Belize.

Patrick is a serial entrepreneur who focuses on the delivery of healthcare to remote areas of the United States that have limited access to care. By leveraging Midlevel Medical Providers he has been able to bring critical life saving medicine and treatment to populations that would otherwise have gone without.

The pinacle of Patrick's career has been the joy of raising two incredible children Ryan and Allison who see the world through wonderful optomistic eyes and educate their father everyday on what is truly important in life. Patrick's wife Jennifer is the steadfast foundation of the family and keeps everyone focused, humbled, and on task.
