Norma Roth is a leader in aging activism, women’s rights and social justice. As an author she has published four books - two non-fictional and two poetry books with a third collection soon to be published. Her published articles include topics covering education to equal opportunities for women.

As a lawyer, Norma brings over 25 years of legal experience to her role as a lawyer with Jackman & Roth, a law firm located in New Hampshire that has been listed by the Martindale Hubbell in "The Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers." Norma specializes in legal matters pertaining to labor and employment, civil rights, and federal workers’ compensation.

Norma’s professional accomplishments are impressive: chief of labor relations for the Federal Aviation Administration in New England; associate professor at the University of New Hampshire, Plymouth State U and Granite State U (formerly College for Lifelong Learning); member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and recipient of their 2011-2012 Woman of the Year award; named a Worldwide Who's Who Professional of the Year in Law, and presented with the Elizabeth Dole Award for being one of the outstanding women in government.

In her free time, Norma enjoys cross country skiing and playing tennis.
