I'm a Texas-based Real Estate Broker/Instructor/Escrow Agent specializing in the residential real estate sector.

Who I am: I'm simply just a human who woke up one morning and decided to free myself from the corporate chains and glass ceiling to go into real estate. I started my first brokerage on a series of unemployment checks. I earned the name Real Nelle Tatum because I keep it real with my clients and colleagues. I've built some amazing relationships on the principles of authenticity and transparency. Which is why I've now earned the hashtag “ImJustNelle”. I share and maybe even overshare. This is who I am. This is what I've accomplished and I want my story and experience to be an example to entrepreneurs in the real estate industry.

I choose to empower everyone I come in contact with by providing real support through educational content. With the right knowledge base, we can make great decisions that will impact our productivity and growth.

It's very important to me that I use my platform in brokerage and title to transfer my knowledge on what it takes to succeed and become sustainable in the real estate industry.
