Molly is the Director of Venture Technology Relationships for the Department of Homeland Security. In this role, she is largely responsible for managing relationships and implementation strategy between Homeland Security and the Venture Capital community.

She is the founder of GH (www.glassheel.com) which delivers content and events for ambitious women wishing to propel their careers and personal lives forward. Molly is also a regular contributor to Forbes, where her leadership column has generated more than 10M views.

Prior to joining the federal government, Molly served as the executive director of Tech Wildcatters, formerly the nation's #5 accelerator according to Inc Magazine (2015). Before TW, she co-founded ViewMarket, which acquired and now operates as CultureMap. Before joining the startup community, Molly served as Vice President of Internal Communications at Comerica Bank.

Molly's career has largely been focused in internal communications, strategy and project management within the Fortune 500. Her passion and work has always been focused on defeating status quo and "that's how we've always done it" mentality in traditional organizations - she does this by defining executive and employee/stakeholder needs and merging them through strategic messaging, improved methodology and implementation of new ideas/technology. She is internationally recognized for business communications. In 2012, she was honored as a Dallas 40 Under 40 and in 2015, she was recognized as a top 25 Woman in Technology by the Dallas Business Journal.
