Michael Affronti is a senior product executive, operator, and advisor with more than two decades of experience building and scaling technology platforms, marketplaces, and consumer products at global scale.

Most recently, Michael served as Chief Product Officer at Bumble, where he led product, design, research, growth, and trust & safety through a period of significant evolution. Prior to that, he held senior leadership and general management roles at Salesforce, including scaling Commerce Cloud globally and building new businesses across payments and messaging. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Dataminr and Fuze, and began his career at Microsoft working on Outlook and collaboration products.

Across roles, Michael is known for pairing strong product intuition with operational rigor—owning complex portfolios, leading large cross-functional organizations, and driving durable business outcomes. His strengths include platform strategy, marketplaces, enterprise and consumer product leadership, and applying AI to accelerate product velocity and decision-making.

Today, Michael advises founders, mentors senior product leaders, and selectively partners with companies and investors on product strategy, operating models, and growth. He is based in Brooklyn, New York. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, travel, and spending time outdoors with his amazing wife Sara.
