I am a multifaceted person, very energetic and positive with a passion to see people free from stress and worries. For the last 22 years I have been working with British people and expats as a language coach, life coach and motivational speaker. I am a spiritual and happy person with an integrative approach in therapy using body, soul and spirit so people become whole and free to receive happiness. I hold a PGC in Psychological Trauma, diploma in Cognitive Coaching and diploma in Christian Studies and Pastoral Care. I have been working as a life coach for nearly 15 years and I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the British Association of Christians in Psychology.

As a Spanish language coach with a RSA Diploma in Teaching Modern Languages, and an official examiner for the Instituto Cervantes, I have developed a methodology where people can learn Spanish in a fun & effective way involving the whole persona. I run Spanish Lessons in Surrey and London as well as Peruvian cooking classes. I love cooking.

I have been passionately involved in fundraising for charities since I came to the UK 25 years ago. I got involved as a volunteer for Help Women and Children and also the Birth Trauma Association supporting women in Peru and in the UK suffering from birth traumas and postnatal illnesses.
