I am the co-founder of Media Rise - a not for profit, social enterprise to promote the creation and consumption of meaningful media to accelerate social good.

I was recently inducted in the Ashoka League of Intrapreneurs for my work of designing and delivering a leadership program to over 2000 staff using meditation techniques to nourish innovation culture at Shell.

I am passionate about leadership development and social innovation and have been an invited speaker at TEDx, Knowledge@Wharton and Fast Co, Aspen Ideas Festival.

In personal life, I volunteer my time to teach leadership and meditation programs offered by the non profit Art of Living Foundation and International Association for Human Values.

In professional life, I work in Shell’s GameChanger program, that provides seed funding to early stage, cutting-edge ideas and guide them towards a proof of concept. The focus of my investments is on social innovations that create shared value.
