I grew up in Southern California and spent most of my working life there in Real Estate, Management and eventually Finance with the FDIC before moving to Las Vegas. I lived in Las Vegas for 16 years and transitioned into mortgage underwriting for private mortgage insurance firms such as PMI, MGIC, GE and Genworth before moving to St. Louis, MO to work for Wells Fargo as a senior mortgage underwriter and manager. I have now gone full circle back to real estate and have joined the number one real estate office in the state, Coldwell Banker Gundaker in Town & Country.

I offer something to my buyers and sellers that no other agent, or very few if any, can offer. I know exactly how to get a loan approved. Due to my extensive mortgage underwriting experience, I know exactly what an underwriter looks for and how to package a loan to get a loan approved without any or few conditions. This will facilitate a fast approval and a painless home closing. Should any problems arise, I will know how to handle it.

Aside from work, I love music and play guitar to relax. I also love photography, photo album design, art, travel, fine dining and a good cabernet.
