After 13 years in the Military I decided to leave the Army for more stability and fresh challenges, particularly in the HR world as a HR Manager, HR Officer or HR Generalist/Adminstrator.

I am a pro-active, positive, enthusiastic and robust person who is thrilled to be given a role with such a fantastic Company such as Cummins.
