I am a communications and marketing professional with a passion for writing, brand development and relationship building. I am currently a communications advisor with the Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan. This position provides a challenging avenue for me to think creatively and strategically promote health and wellness for working professionals in Alberta's education sector.

I am a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and hold a Public Relations Diploma from Grant MacEwan University.

I am a music buff, blossoming outdoors-woman, arts enthusiast, avid traveler and yoga nut! A seeker of good food and good company, I value the time spent with my friends and family.
