What started with a simple trail running blog in 2010, James has gone on to develop a global online and digital media presence through his company Go Trail Media, a digital, social and online media enterprise reflecting the true essence of what it is that creates our individual connection with the trail.
He is also an active adventure film maker as well as the founder and tour director of Trails In Motion, an annual international trail and ultra running film tour spanning more than 140 venues in over 30 countries.
Some of his memorable personal achievements include completing the Himalayan 100 Stage Race in India, running 100km along the South African Wildcoast with his wife and being the assistant director and producer of his first film "Mountain Of Greatness".
His brand new collaboration film project is called "A Journey to Black Mountain" featuring American ultra runner Scot Jaime. It was released in April 2015.
