Hi, I’m Jaidev. I’m an undergraduate at Columbia University but originally from the bustling city of Ahmedabad, India. I am a fan of technology, programming, and DIY. I’m really interested in Machine Learning and AI, and have founded the AMLAI Meetup in Ahmedabad. I've volunteered at the VASCSC and enjoyed initiating Speech Recognition in Sanskrit (A language I love) at the Gitarth Ganga Cultural Research Centre.

As an effort to solve the major problems in Indian landfills, I've worked on creating Project RecycleRobo at FABLABS, CEPT University.

Last summer, I also developed an idea sharing mobile application called AvishkarConnect that is aimed at supporting grassroots innovators in Gujarat.

My goal is to do my best to help communities around the world through disruptive innovation and create a tangible impact.
