I’m Shannon! I'm a content connoisseur who likes to make people look good on paper. My claim to fame includes writing over one million words, making money in my pajamas (legally folks!) and Michael Jackson moonwalking with my four precocious sons.

ImShannon.com is my business, where I offer services that teach people how to craft and use their words to tell compelling stories that create lucrative opportunities. I teach people how to conquer their content and monetize their messages. By the time I’m done with a writing session, people usually say, “Wow! I never knew that I could sound so darn awesome!”

I’ve been perfecting my craft since I could hold a crayon. I spent my childhood summers reading Sweet Valley High novels and the dictionary—by choice. I started my first writing business, a greeting card company, when I was nine years old. Writing is serious business for me. It always has been and always will be.

I was born and raised in Washington, DC but I currently run my brainchild from North Carolina—or wherever there’s Wi-Fi.

I’m a visionary who believes in structure, planning and organization. I can’t help it. I’m an ENTJ Virgo! I love entrepreneurship and the idea that you can take an idea and make a living from it if you’re focused, committed and willing to endure a few bumps and bruises.
