A highly regarded developmental executive, government liaison, educator, and author, Harvey Goldstein has dedicated nearly five decades to the advancement of regional business interests in the Asia-Pacific basin. In 1987, Harvey Goldstein co-founded the Manchester Group, Ltd., with three partner firms. In conjunction with his partners in the group, he assisted clients in broad-spectrum efforts to establish significant businesses in the region by providing financing, joint-venture opportunities, governmental advocacy, greater access to international markets, and more. That same year, Mr. Goldstein created his current business venture, Harvest International Inc., to provide investment and consulting assistance to both local and international startup businesses in Southeast Asia.

Harvey Goldstein’s prior positions include 18 years as the executive vice president and then managing director of Resource Management International, Inc. (RMI). Additionally, he was a founding shareholder of RMI, which has grown to be the most significant contract service provider for construction, drilling, and oil exploration in remote parts of Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia.

Mr. Goldstein holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn (NYU-POLY) and a master of science in the same subject from Syracuse University. He was also a PhD candidate at the State University of New York.

Some of Harvey Goldstein’s most notable professional affiliations include serving as Honorary Consul to The Republic of Gambia, chapter chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organization, and the president and governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia.
