Founder and Social Entrepreneur in Malaysia
Gwen Yi is the Founder and Lead Trainer of Tribeless, a virtual empathy training company based in Malaysia. Her inclusive, interactive approach to training and facilitation creates a psychologically safe space for groups to connect, empathize and grow.
Starting out as a youth facilitator in 2013, Gwen has gone on to mentor, facilitate and speak at hundreds of programs across Asia, Europe and America.
Her past work has received recognition from TED, One Young World and UNICEF. She is an Obama Foundation Asia-Pacific Leader, an Associate Fellow with the Royal Commonwealth Society, and a Global Shaper under the World Economic Forum.
