I am the leader at Pacific Advisory, a progressive advisory firm in the South Pacific; we work with governments, regional organisations, development partners, corporations, and financial institutions to drive sustainable development initiatives and projects across the Pacific Islands. Our approach maintains a regionally driven perspective on design, implementation, and outcomes.

I am the Vanuatu Government's Special Envoy for International Development and regularly advise on regional issues, including security, digital transformation and enhancing Financial markets

I'm a proud dual New Zealand/Vanuatu citizen, and for the last couple of decades, I've committed to creating lasting, positive change in the Pacific Islands. I was awarded the Presidential Medal in 2023 for my work in climate diplomacy. Our mission fosters growth, resilience, and sustainable opportunities for Pacific Islanders, driven by the belief that local insights and knowledge are crucial for effective development.

Beyond my professional life, I'm a proud father of some extraordinary humans, a rugby nut, a coffee aficionado, and a keen photographer. Travel keeps me on my toes, inspires new ideas, and constantly reminds me that we live short lives, so we should wring every bit of joy out of it.
