As a speaker, I focus on trying to make people "laugh, cry, and think". I am also an Innovative Learning, Teaching, and Leadership Consultant, as well as the author of the book, "The Innovator's Mindset". I am passionate about empowering all learners in my work, and focus deeply on how we unleash talent in others so they can embrace meaningful change. My hope is we create an education system that leads society, not tries to catch up.
