It is amazing how one's personal life's journey can enlighten and shower others with encouragement only to find surprising oneself.

Being "Gendered Male by way of Transgender Experience", he is known to be called, "GOD DADDY" by many in the LGBT community. Flex Jonez, had no idea through his life travels there would be many supportive, inspiring, and insightful allies at his side.

He is a proactive entertainer , Transgender pageant titleholder, and activist/ advocate with an unique stage presence.

His long time entertainment career allowed him to launched in the 90's his platform project, " UNITY AND UNDERSTANDING".

This platform that has upheld it's goal to assist many Mainstream, LGBT-Q events, and Grass Roots organizations with: outreach, support , education, and networking, in order to enlighten and educate many toward Diversity.

As the Creator, Promoter, and Show Director of several stage revues , which consist of an inclusive diverse showcase which welcomes and promotes talented LGBT-Q performers. Allowing an avenue to visually display and express their artistic stage attributes.

His passion as an entertainer is to allow the stage to be used as an asset that can be a vessel to place joy, education, and awareness in others' lives at all times; by way of using entertainment as a tool for outreach .

Being a devoted Mentor, Spokesperson, Motivational Speaker , Activist , Advocate, and Volunteer within the spectrum of many causes and communities surrounding: LGBT-Q, Homeless Youth, Minority, Human & Civil Rights, Patient Care, campus communities. Transgender, HIV/AIDS & STP Awareness.

He has established an alliance with several local and state educational, medical facilities, and law enforcement agencies. Serves as 2nd chair of the NC Transgender Political Coalition, Founder/ Director of Affairs of The LGB-Transgender Stability Assistance Project- Carolinas ( a non for profit organization geared toward the LGB-Transgender Community to avoid lifestyle harm and risks ,by way of extending services to those seeking/ struggling to hold proactive productive lives within society).

Flex Jonez's, gift of giving will never yield as he deeply lives his life with the belief , "That what was given to one freely by others, was given to see that one may live in comfort within the confinements of society; for that one shall always give back freely and unselfishly as well to others.
