Emanuele Faja

I am a classical pianist and composer. Nothing published...Yet! I also used to play the 'Cello and the Organ. Currently finishing editing my first piano sonata and a collection of small pieces.

I also happen to be pretty damn good with a deck of cards. I studied with Choriwe Gauthier and Michael Vincent. Both are superb magicians and Mr. Vincent is widely regarded as one, if not, the best card handler in the world. I feel that I learned a lot from both of them. Needless to say, I can deal a nasty poker hand :P

I enjoy 35mm film photography. I shoot various Kodak & Fuji films with a Pentax K1000, an Olympus Pen EES-2 and a Leica M3. You can find me on Flickr. Soon I will start posting my photos on Google+ too. I have written some interesting (at least for some people) articles on photography on my blog.

I am the co-author of a quite popular blog called AndBeThere. I run it with my a good friend of mine +Ruari Grant. We post about a variety of subjects including photography, cycling and health. We don't take ourselves too seriously but it's top notch content ;)
