Born in Hong Kong and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area; lived in San Diego, Chicago, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Portland and now Seattle for a new opportunity and to gain new perspective. I also work for TRX Training as a Senior Instructor teaching TRX's best in class education; In my spare time I'm an endurance athlete (5x Ironman Finisher), coach/educator, cook and foodie.
