He holds PhD in Global Learning & Development, Master’s degree of Art in Human Resource Mgt. He equally holds memberships of several professional bodies amongst them are Human Capital Institute, USA. International Society For The Study of Behavioral Development (ISSBD), UK; Nigeria Institute for Training and Development (NITAD). Dotun is a seasoned Management Consultant and business strategist with multiple skills in corporate governance, finance, internal control risk and safety, IT operations, strategy, human resource, marketing and operations management, amongst others.

Dotun recently was appointed Organisation Development Coach by the British Council under the ACT Project to train, coach and develop three major Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Lagos, Nigeria under a 4 month project effective from August 2020.
