I love the college journey. I love the developmental nature of it, how students grow and oftentimes, become completely different, but better people. The college experience changes students, and I want to be a part of that transformation. In my undergraduate years I served the Office of Student Life in varying capacities, including participation and Chairing the academic Honor Board, working as a Community Advisor, and being a Summer CA in the Student Life Office and apartment residence hall.

I graduated from Converse College with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in spring 2014. I am a certified educator in the state of South Carolina.

As a graduate student at Loyola University Chicago, I have had the chance to engage in social justice dialogues, specifically considering my own privileged and target identities, and how I can use my positionality to challenge and deconstruct systems of prejudice and oppression.

I serve as the Graduate Assistant for Student Services in the Undergraduate Programs office at Loyola's Quinlan School of Business. I have the pleasure of helping to plan and implement various programs for Quinlan students, including but not limited to: The Quinlan Spring Ramble, service days, the Honors and Awards Ceremony, and the Quinlan Commencement Celebration.
