I'm here to leave the world better than I found it. I do this by helping servant leaders build world-class products, teams, cultures, and operating practices that can scale and endure.

Most recently, I was CEO/Co-founder of Firecracker, an adaptive learning platform serving both medical students and their schools. Firecracker was acquired by Wolters Kluwer (Euronext: WKL) in March 2018. At that time, 1 out of every 2 US medical students had used Firecracker at some point during medical school and they collectively answered over 10,000,0000 questions per month on Firecracker’s website and mobile applications. Our team bootstrapped Firecracker to nearly $4M in annual recurring revenue at over 90% gross margins.

Before Firecracker, I was CEO/Founder of Firefly Health, an online community for patients and caregivers to support and learn from one another. We grew Firefly to over 40,000 members and sold the company to a Co-Founder of Facebook. Before Firefly, I was Executive Director of the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children and an Administrative Resident & Six Sigma Greenbelt at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

I was Premed and studied Biology and Health Policy at Harvard College. I was the Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Health Policy Review and President of the Harvard Health Policy Society. Before College, I was a professional soccer player, sculptor, and sponsored skateboarder.
