Ayana Hart

Being a wife, a mother of two, and a woman of integrity, I started my company, Ayana Hart...MOI, with a determined mindset and a driven purpose. After helping CEO's and business owners expand their business and increase their revenue- wearing many hats in the process- I felt that it was time for me to step out on faith and create my own identity. I founded MOI with a vision of building a strong business that helps other business owners incorporate and maintain a successful and functioning office. MOI provides executive support, insurance agency support, administrative assistance, database administration help and support, file management, as well as business development. Along with having a 440 CSR License, I am a notary public as well. On top of this, I am also a partner with PrimeTime Consultants, a company that helps strengthen the marketing efforts of insurance agencies by building strong business relationships with brokers and real estate agents.

Managing and motivating teams, implementing business development plans, which included prospecting, lead generation, presentation development, agency appointments, and agent assistance are some of the things in which I excel. I have developed methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. With insurance, I created policies and procedures to ensure consistent organization within an agency and reduced the agency’s E & O exposure. As executive assistant to the owner of five McDonald's in Dade county, I worked from my home office, ran the company office, was the first point of contact with clients and vendors from inside and outside the organization, homeschooled my daughters, and was very successful at doing it all. By the way, did I mention I'm great at multitasking?

In all things I do, I believe in doing things the right way. I may be the owner of my company, but I DO have a boss I still answer to (thank you God)! Reflected in my work is the passion I have for my work, my family, and my faith.
