Being a physician is not just a profession for me; it is also a philosophy, and a lifestyle. I call it the "Soulful Science of Well-Being." If someone were to ask for my recipe, the healing sciences would be three parts heart, one part artistry, two parts concrete science, all set to marinate in a connection we all have to the deep unified field of consciousness that Einstein called, "the source of genius and inspiration."

My passion for wellness was forged through years of rising above my own health problems, and through service as a Flight Surgeon with NASA and the U.S. Air Force. I was also trained in Family Medicine, Eastern Medicine, and Acupuncture. I am at home anywhere; a busy E.R, a house call visit in the country, consulting with health care corporations, speaking to groups, or even conducting online patient video conferencing. Guiding people to see what I see; the best version of themselves, is not limited to the confines of a clinic exam room.

I have a deep understanding that heartfelt awareness, or, empathy, is the most important part of the time I spend with patients. Trained as a chemist and biologist, but born an artist, my passion lay in guiding my patients to creatively broaden their perspective on their current situation. In assisting patients to elevate their perspective to a bird's eye view, solutions are often found that were not visible before. Of note, this style of focus on the "whole patient" resulted in my early promotion as the youngest officer, and first female Air Force Commander of the Special Operations Clinic, where I was appointed as Medical Consultant for two consecutive Four-Star Generals and their families.

I love to share how ancient wisdoms are now being proven with objective scientific evidence as worthy for medical solutions. I teach these and other concepts with a common sense, down-to earth and understandable approach.
