ADVENTURE FILMS CHESTER is a community film evening showing a selection of short adventure films from the London Mountain Film Festival (LMFF) featuring inspiring people from the world of mountain biking, surfing, mountaineering, and more!

We chose some of the best films from this year’s LMFF, to showcase inspirational stories and the healing powers of the great outdoors! Watch inspiring people sharing their adventurous stories!!

• Surfing: Meet two land locked surfers battling winter depression through the raw intensity of cold-water surfing in Alberta’s first-ever river surfing film
• Nature Art: A fascinating, meditative exploration of life, art and consciousness by a Cornish beach artist.
• Mountaineering: Watch fifteen women from around the world come together to climb Yala Peak in Nepal.

The evening will be raising money for NEWSAR, North East Wales Search and Rescue, a volunteer Search and Rescue (Mountain Rescue) organisation, primary operating in North East Wales mainly covering the counties of Flintshire, Denbighshire, Wrexham and parts of Conwy and Powys.
