Hi, I am a Degree Level Qualified Therapist from a Sports Science background. I qualified as a Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist in 2010. Since then I've been working for over 3 years working in Cobham and Horsley where i've built up a thriving client base whilst gaining further qualifications in the field of Injury Rehabilitation & Biomechanics. For me learning never stops and I will be qualifying as a Pilates Instructor this year and going on the start a masters in Biomechanics hopefully 2015. I feel continuing and having enthusiasm for education & learning is a huge part of being a great therapist.

I am the current Team Therapist for the London Lions Pro Basketball Team. We play at the Copper Box, Olympic park. The teams a fairly new franchise and very exciting to be a part of such a great venture from the beginning. Watch out for me pitch side at their games.

Although I do work with athlete's up to GB and International level, much of my private client base come to see me for help with their ache's and pains that are derived from much more "normal" day to day work and lifestyle stuff and a lot of my Biomechanic's work has focussed on ways to combat the stresses & strains that modern living causes to our bodies. So please don't feel Sports & Remedial or Deep Tissue Massage is just for sports people. It is good for everyone!

I have a keen interest in wellbeing & nutrition. This summer I have been lucky enough to be asked to work the odd weekend at an amazing Nutrition Health Retreat in the Loire Valley in France with two inspirational nutritionists (who are also amazing at cooking). as well as gaining loads of hints & tips from them I get to work alongside some of the top fitness professionals from Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi who they also export from the UK to inspire & provide daily exercise sessions. I can't wait for the next weekend in Spring 2015! http://www.optimumliving.co.uk/retreat/

I have recently started a monthly newsletter where I share just one really informative short article/video related to the human body & sports therapy and one delicious & nutritious recipe!
