A co-founder of LittleCollie.com, I have been working in application development for over 18 years.

I got my start in technology with the launch of the Apple II, a faithful companion in long Alaskan winters. Despite a long love affair with the Windows/PC platform, I'm back home now on Apple hardware.

My education took a similar path. While high school relegated me and other bell curve skewing children into accelerated paths, I earned a BA in comparative religion only to quickly return for post-baccalaureate work in Computer Science. I used to work to "support my education habit," but now my hobby and passion is my profession.

Living as an expat in the UK has been an eye-opening experience. After moving 20 or so times in my life, you'd think I was used to the change. But my wife and I have finally settled down and even have two wonderful children now.

As they keep us both on the run, I've pivoted my years of web application development experience to mobile platforms, particularly the iPhone and iPad.
