I'm an Irish/American town planner and project executive living in Ireland, just outside of Dublin. My practice is Leinster Planning Advisors and my work is wherever the challenges take me. Recently, I've led an international team to plan and execute the Biennial of European Towns and Town Planners in Dublin. Previously, I've led a planning, design and real estate economics team advising Ireland's NAMA on property disposition. My current work includes urban and rural regeneration projects and development of Business Improvement Districts.

I've previously served as senior manager for the U.S. Department of Commerce. My work for the Commerce Department involved leading the planning and development of major new facilities for the agency. The $330 million Inouye Regional Center for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) on Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, Honolulu, Hawaii is a recent project. Prior to that, I served as a New York City commissioner, leading the $1.3 billion correctional facilities capital development program. The end result -- all projects delivered on time and on budget.

If project planning, organization and management is your challenge, I'm your man.
