Charisse Beverly

Charisse Nicole is a video game enthusiast, writer, student, model, musician, and poet, just to list a few of her many titles. Although originally from New York, Charisse has lived in many places, including Atlanta, GA, and Newport News, VA. She now currently resides in Greensboro, NC. Charisse successfully completed her collegiate matriculation in Spring 2011 at North Carolina A&T State University with a B.A. in English with a concentration in Technical Writing.

Charisse has been a writer her entire life. Her work has been featured in poetry anthologies, on countless websites, and her personal blog. In January 2010, Charisse made her national TV debut on MTV’s True Life: I’m Addicted to Video Games. Following the episode, she received numerous accolades and was interviewed by countless websites, magazines, and blogs, including Complex.com (the website for the popular magazine, Complex). Since her appearance on MTV, Charisse has shifted her focus from modeling to writing and aspires to work in the video game industry.
