I have a passion for making a difference, regardless of the scope, and helping others to do the same. This drives my work every day, currently by making a difference in the lives of the students I get to work with and watch/help grow.

I am a professional jazz musician - in what seems to be a lifetime ago. I have conducted research studies on social media, and enjoy sharing my work (csweiss.wordpress.com) through professional presentations and individual consultations. I love to travel, currently making sure to check off any city or landmark within 500 miles of my current residence. I am enthusiastic, energetic, excitable, and engaging. But don't be fooled by all those E's, I'm just one of the most outgoing introverts out there. I love learning, thinking, and creating new possibilities, and know how to apply this passion to whatever I'm currently working on.

My strengths are Achiever, Positivity, Futuristic, Learner, and Arranger. I set high expectations, I'm optimistic that I can achieve them, envision exactly what the success looks like and share that image, enjoy learning new specific knowledge and skills that I can use along the way, and excell at project management skills to get the job done.
