Alvin Singh is a digital strategist for ARS Media Group, and serves as Strategic Communication Advisor to the African Union Diaspora Forum. He has worked with non profit organizations, media companies, a Fortune 500 and small businesses. He has interviewed vice president of Nike Howard White, Malawi President Joyce Banda, music legends Pete Seeger, Arlo Guthrie, Odetta, Harry Belafonte as well as numerous intellectuals and foreign diplomats. He was appointed historical curator of the Lead Belly Archives, providing memorabilia for exhibits at the Grammy Museum, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Library of Congress. He contributed to the book Lead Belly: A Life in Pictures that was featured in New York Times Book Review. Singh is also producer of the first full length documentary on the "King of 12-String Guitar" Huddie "Lead Belly" Ledbetter, the blues musician awarded a U.S. Postal Stamp in 1998.

As a photojournalist, Singh has traveled to countries in Africa, the Caribbean and Central America documenting cultures while reporting on global issues concerning each region. He is an angel investor and advisor to technology start up Part Pic.

Singh received a B.A. in political science from Hampton University and a Masters in Communication in Digital Media at the University of Washington. He is a fellow of the Ron Brown Commercial Diplomacy foundation and mentors young students in South Africa.

Alvin specializes in digital communications strategies, social media marketing and online distribution. He is also the author of the book Manage Your Web: Methods to make you digital life easier, productive and profitable available on Amazon and Gumroad.
