Richard Lee Jackson

Nashville, TN

My passion is storytelling and that finds expression in many different forms; as a musician, actor, writer, filmmaker, and brand strategist.

I started acting when I was 12 years old and ended up moving to Hollywood for several years. As an actor I have appeared in a number of TV and films, including "Bring It On Again" (Universal), "Madison" (MGM), "Saved By The Bell: The New Class" (my first steady gig, on NBC), "Ally McBeal" (Fox TV), and "Loves Long Journey" (Hallmark Films).

My band Jonathan Jackson + Enation have had music on a number of soundtracks including "One Tree Hill", "General Hospital", and "Stephen Kings Riding The Bullet". We've had a Top 10 iTunes Rock single, have had the #1 song on CDBaby and won the Grand Prize (Rock Category) in the MTV sponsored OurStage song competition.

My creative company is 182 Creative and we specialize in brand strategy and maintenance, graphic design, and content creation.

I am also a part owner in the App company Black Eyed Apps. We create custom Apps for bands, artists, authors, and other businesses. The ever expanding mobile platform is an exciting field to create connections and solutions.

I love connecting people and building teams to accomplish goals. I love finding the uniqueness in each person. I believe that each of us were created by Love for a purpose, and that life is not meant for living for oneself. I also believe in the saying, "to whom much is given, much is required," and therefore I support organizations like NOT FOR SALE (to end Human-Traffiking), BLOOD + WATER MISSION (Clean Water supply in Africa), and JUST YELL FIRE (teaching girls how to defend themselves against predators) among other organizations whose purpose is to help others in need.

I love the Back to the Future trilogy and have a replica hoverboard in my office. I waited 20 years to get one of those!

You are a treasure. Your life has meaning and purpose. Love exists. Thanks for stopping by.

Richard
